spent my deepavali sleeping over at my cousin's
with brother. mom and dad went on a last minute
trip to kuala lumpur for a night.
brother and i had supper together with ibrahim
and saifullah after work at jurong since it's very
close to my cousin's and ibrahim's. i must say
it feels weird to not be in choa chu kang. honestly,
i felt secured because brother is with me.
he has been wonderful these past few days.
especially since hafiz went on national service,
he's been taking care of me.

cousin treat us to
hot & spicy nasi lemak family restaurant
to celebrate my uncle's birthday. 'twas a long stretched table
with delicious food and good company. on a happy note,
i finally get to meet up with kak wani and kak lydia.
i remembered i was pretty anxious to go home,
as i miss my parents terribly. so glad that i got to
see them sleeping soundly when i reached home.
it must've been a tiring trip for 'em. enough of that,
so, how was your deepavali holiday?
